Bug description: after recent fix for s priest, insanity drains way much faster,before this fix and before the lags i could push to 35 without any cd or sth,now i can barely push to 40 with dispersion and power infusion! i have 884ilvl
i do remember i saw some guides in bliz that spriest could easily push to 35 with like 880ilvl,check the script if u can,i will post some proof if u want

No, it does not drain too much. It's like with the rune regeneration system all over again. It was bugged before and it drained way too slow, you got used to it, now it's fixed. It drains 6 + 0.66 / DrainStacks.

Note that DrainStacks =/= VoidformStacks. Using dispersion or void torrent will pause the drain stacks, while voidform will continue stacking.
