Bug description: so if warforged items have these tertiary stats shouldn't titanforged have it aswell>?

warforged and titanforged are the exact same thing (only the name is different, warforged turns into titanforged above +15 ilvl). You can have warforged/titanforged + tertiary + socket in any combination on our server as well.
