Bug description: cooldown should start after you use it if you're outside of combat, instead cooldown starts after the potion's buff expires from you and you're outside of combat. can't prepot and barely can use 2 potions on a single mythic run.

This bug also effects the cd for thistle tea and sometimes even healthstones.

what you are talking about is prepot and should work just as described... tested on blizz.

before combat activate potion of prolongued power and after 1 minute and still in combat the cooldown is reseted and you can use it again.
