Bug description: Insanity drains too fast now. And dont tell me it was supposed to be like this. When you dps 3 targets, max stacks you can reach are 30. When dpsing a single target, max stacks are 24-25. It is without artifact and dispersion. Normally, you can reach 30 stacks when dpsing a single target with a good gear, and 40-50+ when dpsing 3+ targets. Now Insanity drain is crazy. Lets say your lag protection just doing wrong things.
Proof:
i dont know what you want for a proof here, just ask any shadow priest. insanity decay just gone crazy. if you need smth, i will try to bring you smth.

Exact same base haste, exact same talents, exact same rotation. I got to the same number of stacks.
