Freezes and sticking in gcd while clicking rotation fast

hey everyone!
recently started playing here got a problem, that most of the time when i use my rotation very fast by clicking on many skills on my panel some skills are little bit freezing before I use it in a row..and thats so annoying and i cant really do DPS. Seems like thats the global cooldown's problem which is mot ready for using next ability and kinda sticking for a second when its supposed to be going really fast because I am a warrior and non stop clicking is what i usuly do alot

P.s I have got a suspicion that it must be some addons..but i dont really have them only healbot, DBM, recount, and some addon that counts Artefacr power..
Ps.s. my ping is 68/68 and playng on a diffrenent server before I didnt have this problem.

It's a server problem we all have it, some more than others, high latency and saturated server makes it worse.

Yep, skill/spell casting is not flawless(title of your post explains it), annoying bug for both pve/pvp... and there is a bug report about this.
