Bug description: Using Shadowmeld racial is activating pvp. In the video I was in Goldshire's Inn at rest out of combat. I have relogged several times an continued to experience the same effect after in many different areas and circumstances.

I confirm. Shadowmeld activates PvP close to guards, pvp players, and in many other unexplained actions.
