Bug description: I reported this annoying bug and it got rejected but again its a bug and please,it needs to be fixed for sake of all us WW monks... Its the lightning bug that appears on ww monks all the time with annoying sound

Alright. So this wasnt being replied by me because it took too long for you guys to answer that i even forgot to check this. So,the problem is explained.
As a staff member asked me,my transmog has been changed hundreds of times,this didnt change.
This isnt from any enchantment since i never had an enchantment on my gear.
This is some kind of aura that is not shown to me. A gm already made a screenshot of some aura. I'm not able to see what is causing this or whatever is going on,i just know that this is annoying.
In the video you can see whats happening. It happens often,almost all the time.

I cant know where you can start from...i dont know what can cause the aura. Maybe its the artifact,thats where you can start from.

It is already confirmed in low-priority visual. It's weird no one told you what it is, it's the hidden artifact effect of your weapon. Look it up on google.
