WoW Freakz spell link: Empowered Life Tap
Bug description: this bug report is wrong. ELT should benefit from pandemic effect.

If you lifetap once and then you refresh the buff with, lets say, 3 seconds left, the duration goes to 23 seconds.

So: If you refresh buff with 6 seconds left it goes to 26 seconds buff duration. Refreshing the buff between 6-20 seconds left will always get the duration to 26 seconds.

Edit: As comments below mention, this is called "pandemic" and it works on this buff as well as debuff dots.

It marks the spell as "30% refresh rule yes". I will revert the fix before it gets to live then reject both topics. Thanks for the info
