He has to teach you all the others BS plans rank 2, after you craft coresponded gear rank 1, but he does not!

Proof: I had crafted 2 gear, near his Firmament Stone, (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=38534/demonsteel-armguards#comments and [Blacksmithing: Demonsteel Boots]) but he didnt give the quets to learn next level, rank 2 plans/receipe.
