[REJECTED] Chain quests 105

A friend of mine posted this :

Bug description: I was boosted from 1 to 105 and started the chain quests to get to Broken Isles but the NPCs aren`t giving the rest of the quests.I got stuck at [Keep your friends close].
I already deleted the Cache and WTF folders twice.

and got rejected with a simple guide for leveling. Yet another friend of mine migrated here and got his character blocked on the exact same quest, they CAN'T take the quest [Keep your friends close] because it's not there for them not because they need a guide.

The problem occurred only on the migrated characters at level 105, it's not a bug for everyone.

Got exact same problem, me and my friend both got stuck, Sylvanas just ends the quest and another quest wont pop up.

I think it might be because we have the Dalaran set as the 'Legion' version of Dalaran (ppl that got migrated to lvl 105), so the final quests that show the teleportation of Dalaran etc. wont apply. - just a thought

Any chance updates regarding this? I can't make progress on my boosted character due to this.

This happens because boosted chars have https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=44184&&name=in-the-blink-of-an-eye completed. You should have Dalaran Hearthstone in bag

I have been looking for this answer - I have the same problem with two migrated characters so I bought a 3rd character and have the same problem.

microk2, sorry for the stupid question but if we don't complete the quest chain, how do we get back and forth to Broken Isles from Dalaran? The Dalaran hearthstone gets us to Dalaran but the Broken Isles flight master and Dalaran is still missing isn't it?
