Bug description: When https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=155580 (wowhead link) is selected as talent, you should be able to cast Moonfire from cat/bear form without changing form.
After the recent revert of the server it's not working anymore.
It exits cat/bear form when I use Moonfire.
