Bug description: The NPC is only available for Horde side and it should be spawned for Alliance 2
Proof: The Proof is on your website / data base. There is just only one spawned in Frostwall (Horde)

Hi! To keep the balance of the game play (Horde /Alliance) the NPC should be spawned in Lunarfall too.
Is not fair only the Horde to have access of what he sell and Alliance to wait 2years more.

Is not hard to spawn an NPC!
