[FIXED] [General] Leech as a healer

Bug description: Leech is not working as healer! It should have an even greater effectiveness from heals than from damage (not 100% sure but some sides say it).
In several guides its recommended to have some leech as holy paladin, which makes this stat really important to work properly.
