Bug or not ? Help

Hello Guys. I recently got 2 chars transfered into wow-freakz legion server and here's what happend.

My first transfered char was warrior, and as like the others transfers i got gear with 790 iLvl, and when i hit lvl 110, i bought 2 items from Class Hall Vendor with 810 iLvl, and the next day I enter every primary item (head,chest,shoulders etc.) i saw it iLvl 810-820 and i was like WTH.

Today I got 110 with my Rogue, but the same thing it did not happen to my Rogue, so is it a bug on my warrior or on my rogue? Help pls

But I don't have the same problem. My items just upgraded by themselves. Or that was for me gift from the owner? xD

As you can see here : there is no way i could have bought that item (the hands also)

Now it's working how it should, you need to buy the items from your class hall.
