Confirmed, I've checked the live vendor at game, he is not selling any toys.

I'll add on when you fix this you should make sure the costumes work. Basically you put them on and they give you extra action buttons, 3 in total. You fight other people with their costume on and use the buttons to attack, doing damage along the way. You get a credit for killing them (they SHOULD die but their gear SHOULD NOT suffer durability damage). You need 1, 20, and 50 kills for the achievements.
