Bug description: Initiate Da-Nel not spawning in new Dalaran
Proof: Not sure how you would provide proof that an NPC isn't spawning, as there's nothing there to show...

Although this has been posted before back in March, there hasn't been any update as to a fix for this bug. Indeed, I have had other player in game saying that they are experiencing the same with starting their specific class artifact questlines, including Paladins, Warriors and Demon Hunters.

Seeing as Felsong is a Legion realm, surely it should be a priority to fix a bug that prevents players from starting Legion content.
