[REJECTED] My character is buged. Please help me!

Bug description: After this quest, i get no other to continue the chain to get 3rd relic slot for monk. I am confused, a part of the cinematic of the next quest after the one above plays when i get in the zone that it should pop but as i said, i have no quest npc to get it.

Proof: I don't think this is a general bug, but rather my character is buged, i don't know how to prove this since i don't have any npc to get the quest to show it's buged. it's non existent for me
