[FIXED][Item] Leggings of The Black Flame: The Black Flame's Gamble

Bug description:
The Black Flame's Gamble doesnt work and doesnt allow you to cast Essence Font while moving.

Proof:


notice the random error(?) is appearing when im using Essence font which is located on main action bar (and keybinded), the spell is brighten if you look correctly.

i already linked the spell im using and obviously the goddamn random error is related to the goddamn spell i've linked, dont you think spell is bugged because its using Thunder focus tea as well? while it shouldnt use it because it supposed to use The black flame's gamble first and then Thunder focus tea like all other related effects that are actually working. which means you used Thunder focus tea while you was moving and you lost both effects.

because its so pointless.
Effect doesnt work, doesnt do shit and instead uses Thunder focus tea if you actually pay attention.

How to reproduce:
Remove the Thunder focus tea and use Essence font while moving..

Where did you mention here, that it works, but ONLY in case you remove Thunder Focus Tea it does not work??

You did not create a proper topic, I showed you a proof that it works properly, and now you're the one who's angry? What are you, 12 years old?

Anyway, it will be properly fixed with the next restart. Meaning it won't consume TFT if you have Black Flame's Gamble on you.
But you won't get reputation for this report. Learn to make a proper topic where you explain your issue in details, or at least don't rage afterwards.
