Bug description: On freakz currently you cant have 2 buffs at same time,and you should be able to,3;27 watch buffs,Also this guy gets random RAMPAGE 100rage procs without loosing rage,which also never happens on freakz and idk why,also this guy is hitting numbers on dps which are currently impossible on freakz for fury warr,and i have same gear as him

This guy gets "random" rampage without losing rage because he using ayala's stone heart ring (free execute regardless hp) and taking massacre talent (execute critical strike makes your rampage cost no rage)
