Bug description: look at the screenshot the skada for Guarm's fight as far as i know the ring must not proc for bosses and Guram is a single target fight,no adds or mobs around that can be stuned or feared or silenced or etc.so how players can get procs for ring's buff,personally didnt check the ring for single target fights but when i saw this got confused!

-This is shadow priest.
-Priests have mass dispell
-Guarm has debuffs to dispell (frost lick)
==> Priest mass dispells debuffs and gets sephuz procc.
