Bug description: You can't obtain the wards because the bound elementals (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=44886&&name=bound-water-elemental) you need to kill for the quest already appear as dead (but will still attack?) and even killing them does not seem to give you the ward. =/

Additionally, there should only be one of each elementals, set at specific places.
