Bug description: Both NPCs that end the quests, Ian Duran (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=39433&&name=ian-duran) and Takrik Ragehowl (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=39432&&name=takrik-ragehowl) are not phased in (problem with the auras?), and players cannot turn in the quests or receive new quests from them.
Proof: 0 players completed these quests since server launch + https://imgur.com/a/RzPgO

(I had already reported this issue with a picture from Wisemonk, but the report was rejected. Why?)

This quest being broken means that a huge chunk of the early Hyjal questing path is not available. =/

Bump still bugged

can't turn in quests

On old pve Genesis it worked all fine
