Bug description: With 2 relics i got 2.17 , it should be 2.25 ( it should not reduce 50 sec , it should reduce 45 )

Fixed, but fixing tooltip is way too complicated, so it will still show 10 * Rank (but the actual cooldown reduction will work properly)
