Bug description: The NPC that gives out the quest isn't spawned anywhere (Kalecgos) as this quest starts a chain in order for gathering Millhouse Manastorm as follower for Mage, this follower is needed as he has the Blizzard ability ,required in 90% of the class hall missions, and which the first 4 followers don't have.

It will be fixed later when the full class halls questlines are implemented
