Bug description: The spell is not being spammed on every GCD until the demon runs out of energy. The demon's energy is constantly at 200, capped.

Yes but as you can see the Demon does not deplete all his energy pool.

Concluding, the ability should be used more often, so that the energy does not overcap, but should not get to 0 either. This can go to confirmed.

I've done some more tests and I reached the conclusion that the Felguard does not use Legion strike based on Haste value. As I use Demonic Empowerment and the pet gains 50% haste, energy regeneration grows, while the rate at which Legion Strike is used, is the same, and the energy stays overcapped for a long period of time between the attacks.

It doesn't use Legion Strike because the enemy still has the aura. On retail it spams legion strike, but it starts to save up energy below 120 and only use Legion Strike if the duration gets low
