Can we have Guild subforums cleansed of old inactive / dead guilds?

There was a rule that if isnt active for 60 days it gets deleted. There are guilds who are inactive for months, some even disbanded weeks ago and have reborn under new names i.e Deathwish. Really should up the activity on that forum from the GM responsible for that subforum.
