Bug description: This is the flight master of Highpass for Alliance. She's currently not located where she should be. =/
Proof: http://www.wowhead.com/npc=81074/rangari-rajess#objective-of , compare. =/ (Do note that there seems be a fey dragon next to her?) + https://imgur.com/a/1reU6 (see the distinct lack of fences, fey dragon, crates and flight master? Yeah.)
