[REJECTED] [rogue][outlaw] Between The Eyes VS "diminishing returns" ? (seems to be somehow fixed.)

Bug description: between the eyes's stun duration tends to get reduced. doesn't matter when, where or how. i tried 20 between the eyes on 20 different people via duel. they all were using manual trinket. and RIP. it's 2/3 of what it should stun.

i use BetweenTheEyes on a guy, he gets like almost half of what he should be stunned for, then my ally paladin applies full justice stun to the very same target! ignoring the whole diminishing thing.

simply even if the target is not stunned in the last 1 hour, still, between the eye stun gets reduced.

how is that even possible. either all classes' stun are bugged, or outlaw's got reduced.

(KidneyShot from the other 2 specs are perfectly fine)

Sooo, you changed the title to somehow fixed. I did not modify anything at all, I just got to the point where I had time to check this topic out. I have no clue, but I tried with and without Deeper Stratagem, in both cases the stun duration was correct. Does the problem still persist for you?

it's more about diminishing returns system...

if i cast [Kidneyshot] on "a priest with wasted medallion and completely virgin of any diminishing return effect", he sometimes get like 3/4 of what he should be stunned for, but then! a warrior performs a full stormbolt stun on the same target, ignoring the whole diminishing returns and shit. it's a bit confusing for me, that how diminishing return system works, sometimes, it's not obeying it's own rules.

not sure if im hallucinating or not. it makes no sense, and it doesnt always happen. :/

can you let the topic be open for a while, i might find a proof of this weird thing. (i'll let people know if i mistaken it)

Yup that seems to be the case with between the eyes. BUT, idk if its just me or?; there are times that my between the eyes are stunning the target for what it should 5 sec with 5cp and 6 sec with 6sec. And there are times like, the target isnt stunned; i cheap shot him then 6cp between the eyes, he gets stunned for 2sec [which should be 3 sec considering the 1/2 DR on stun after cheapshot]. I cant be sure that its the server or my internet problem.

i've asked some rogues, and got the same answer back.
