Bug description: Windrunning from artifact weapon should be only on mm ( now you got the buff on all 3 specs )

As far as I know it only activates when you equip Thas'dorah. Does it remain after spec change?

Still, if you get 5 stacks and remove the weapon, it stays, will fix that too.

Fixed both issues, already live
