Ranking system! not your typical guild....

ranks- Ranks both increases what you can do guildwise and your responsibilities in the guild. This also represents how the council views you in regards to gear rolls (seniority), as well as other various things

Wimpy-Crits: These are your beginners. Whether they are still leveling or new to the guild these guys are the grunts and recruits. most of the rest of the guild will be focusing on running with these guys and helping gear the 110's

>to rank up- First off a Wimpy-Crit needs to reach 110 with at least 810ilvl(unless council states otherwise) and then work to help his fellow guildies gear up once they've achieved higher ilvls

Active-Crit: Congratz! Active-Crits are the guys who are constantly on, runnin stuff, talking about stuff, keeping the blood going in the guild, be it answering or asking questions to crackin jokes on Mick(inside joke). Active-Crits also gain access to the Guild Vaults finer tab, with glyphs, toys(coming) pets(coming), and other such neat little things(for now its just glyphs V.V)

>to rank up- Active-Crits needs to reach 840ilvl and/or participated in our weekly raids at least once. this rank-up may also happen if an active crit stands-out as far as being involved with his guild

Super-Crits: These are the people we can rely on to not only be around but to also participate in raids, events, etc. these guys are usually chatting it up in discord where all the fun happens.they hold all the responsibilities of the Actives and Wimpys, but also gain Seniority with raid loot rolls (we like to be fair and spread to loot for everyone but seniors come first). With this power, we also expect more of you and will be expecting members of these ranks to recruit more people to join the guild. Not just anyone though, since there are specific people were looking for (active, mains, fun to play with, etc). These guys also come with the ability to get raid items for the oncoming raids from the raid tab.

>To rank up- Gain favor with the council

Grandaddy-Crit: this is essentially the highest you can go unless you plan to be with the guild long after the server. Grandaddies have full access to the guild and all it can give, in return, they are the hands of the council, handling most of the things for us council members while we handle our tasks at managing the guild and helping it function.
