[FIXED] [PVP] 2v2 skirmish shouldn't allow healers

Bug description: As of 7.0.3 Healers are not allowed to participate in 2s Arenas

Since the original patch notes are not reachable , because are out of date , i found an topic in mmo champion.
I am sure that anyone who make a little diggin can see that this is legit .
I can make a relative of mine to make ascreenshot or video of that , since he is playing retail , but there wont be any proof that it is really on retail server .

Only skirmish, not rated, in rated healers are allowed.
Put the right description of the topic next time.
