Armory: I couldn't generate any as I kept getting 404 error.

Details: Allow me to break it down a bit. I'm a new player who joined about seven days or so ago. These past few days I had been farming dungeons rigorously so I could afford heirloom gear for a dps alt. I came quite close with just the neck heirloom left to buy and the 2 rings that I was planning to purchase via voting. I originally mailed the set to the alt piece by piece as I purchased them. But, about 10 hours ago I decided to rename/remake my alt and sent the whole set back from my alt to main. Unfortunately for reasons unknown, the whole gear was lost en route. Now I have negated the basic mistakes that I could have made, like for example I'm pretty sure I did not mess up writing my name because my paladin did receive the mail properly. The mail also carries the name of one of my gear as "subject" so I'm quite sure I sent all the equips as well. Just the attached gears went completely missing on arrival. Here is a screenshot of the ingame inbox:



I apologize for long text but I'm a bit worried as I pooled all my efforts and resources buying these 8 things. Please let me know if I'm required to provide any further proof of ownership in regards to these heirloom pieces.

[PS: Please ignore the Eternal Horizon Choker as that was what I bought AFTER losing the rest of the gear in mail. Also I bought a second Discerning Eye of the Beast alongside the neck gear which would be clearly visible in my bags. Simply put I just lost 1 x Discerning Eye of Beast and 1 x Swift Hand of Justice.]

I hope that helps clearing my case. If there is still room for doubt I would be happy to post screenshots of the Heirloom vendors where the gear that I bought would be faded away and marked "Already Known".
