Raid/Dungeon loot window

Bug description: when the loot is dropped in a raid with personal loot or in a m+ dungeon it should appear in a loot window on the screen, you can mouse over too see the item tooltip etc

Look at 19:00 and you will see the window, that happends in dungeons(m+) as well.
It's a minor bug but it's a really awesome feature and it will feel a lot more blizzlike too, don't you intend to make the server as blizzlike as possible?
