[CLASS HALL]Issue with finding NPC for a quest.

Hi there Guys!

I'm having an issue with finding an NPC. I've finished the quest, and got tped from SW to DALA. Now, I can't find any other quests for DH.

As Mentioned in this thread, there should be a mission here: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Demon-Hunter-Artefact-GUIDE-video-t472924.html

However, there isn't one.

From what GM told me, quest is supposed to be here for the class hall.

Also, I'm not able to change spec.
I go to here:

And when I click Activate I get nothing although the character looks like if it was changing the spec...

What should I do?

The Adventure guide takes me straight to the Spires of Arak.

Watch 0:22. You should wait in that place (wait ~5min) and a NPC (Kor'vas Bloodthorn) will be spawned there to give you this quest : Call of the Illidari

I have the same rpoblem. I wait in this place more than 10 minutes and stil nothing.
