Kharazan's trinkets are not improved from nightbane's chest

Bug description: If you have both equipped a nightbane chest and any karazhan's trinket, (in my case "eye of command" and "Harness of smoldering betrayal") the effects of trinket is NOT increased by 30%.
As you can se from image, without chest i have got 11501 crit rating, in combat with 10 stacks of eye command i have 13819 crit rating, for a difference of 1688 crit rating, and is right (ilvl trinket 895, 168 crit per stack)
With nightbane chest i have got 12483 crit rating, in combat iwith 10 stacks of eye of command i have 14171 crit rating, for a difference of 1688, and must be 2194
