Website account problem

Hey. I posted this on the romanian thread but I am not sure I made myself understood.
So, I have this website acount since WoTLK if I remember well.
Then it became MoP and everything was going well, website profile has updated with MoP Characters that I have made in game, logs and so on.
Then it became Legion, and my account hasn't updated. My Character list for Legion is empty (I have made 3 toons ingame), my logs are empty and so on.
Please guide me to a solution because it is frustrating ... I can't unstuck from site since I have no visible character, I can't use VP or other services that everybody benefits from.
