Details: (optional) I was on quest "The unseen blade", when i died quest autocompleted, but i didn't got the item, also i can't abandon the quest to retry, in the quest log it says i have got "The Kingslayers" but i didn't.

Go to https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=107979&&name=garona-halforcen and try to restart the quest/scenario.
