Bug description: Cloudburst totem heal should benefit from Ancestral Guidance

"The burst of healing (when a Cloudburst Totem expires or is triggered), will benefit from the effect of Ancestral Guidance as well. Ultimately allowing Cloudburst to double dip from Ancestral Guidance."

Basically, If Cloudburst expires while Ancestral Guidance is on you, the heal should go through Ancestral Guidance and heal once more for 20% of the heal.
Let's say that you Cloudburst is just about to expire and you still have ancestral guidance on.
Cloudburst explodes and heals individuals.
then Ancestral Guidance takes those heal and heals once more for 20% of the value.

so cloudburst heals 1 person -> Ancestral guidance heals up to 3 injured targets for 20% of that heal
cloudburst heals another person -> Ancestral guidance heals up to 3 injured targets for 20% of that heal
