Bug description: Train of Thought should be active in PvP and should be displayed as passive in the buffs,dissapearing when taking damage,then reapearing when 8 seconds pass (now its kinda impossible to know when its up and when not); question is if it works at all, cant track it.

The spell itself works properly, you just don't get the buff (which does nothing, just indicates if the damage bonus is active). But the spell actually works as intended. Anyway, fixed.
