Bug description: sometimes Lord Kur'talos bug before spawm Danthalionax , we killed it on mythic 11 , and our Key went to depleted because of this. https://imgur.com/a/05Yoe
Proof: It doesn't matter u kill Lord Kur'talos (1/xxxxxx HP) or just leave him on 10.000K HP , he must spawn hes next form .

Anyway can u refresh our key or something ? Because we "failed" that key with good affixes ( rage overflowing forti) . We wanted to boost is . We had 7 mins before depleted and bug came...

I would like to help you preventing your bug, but I don't understand which bug you had?

Your key can't suddenly go on deplete during a bossfight, because it's already depleted when you start the dungeon. Thats how keys work...

Thats how keys work..." - Yes , but we had 4 mins to finish the dungeon , and while the boss isn't called hey " next form - Danthalionax" the 4 min expired , as u can see on the picture Lord Kur'talos stay at there with 1 HP https://imgur.com/a/05Yoe . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PoLyVCv4_MU
The problem is the next : if u kill Lord Kur'talos (1/xxxxx HP) Dantalionax wont spawn , and Lord Kur'talos remain there in 1 HP . Everyone have to alt+f4 to reset the boss .

Ok, thats strange.
I just know the bug that he spawns outside of the room and resets, but normally if you should kill Lord kur'talos he still spawns the 2nd phase.

Cannot replicate, also keys get depleted the moment you enter the key and start the encounter
