After putting the key, it gave us an instant 10 minutes passed, and no mobs/bosses spawned. You can see better in the video below.

It at least sometimes (if not always) bugs like this (no mobs and some amount of time is instantly deducted) if you do a Mythic Key, get a randomly generated key for the same dungeon, and then go to do it with the same group without first disbanding and reforming. Is that the case here or is this caused by something else?

No, it was a newly formed group, and the key was from last friday's chest.
