[REJECTED] quest uniting the isles to unlock WQ for all characters.

Bug description: when this is done you have to get rep with all of legion factions to freindly and it gives you the wistle to get back to a flightmaster as well as unlocks all WQ for all characters on the account that are 110 i have done this quest and gotten my rep to freindly or higher and its still not given me the completed part. i have ben forced to buy the WQ and as a result i cant unlock on my other toons. please help or grant my WQ on my 110's heres a screenshot of my rep on my mage wich prooves i have the rep needed. once i obtained the rep the quest dissapeared. and could not be found again. i was forced to buy it with money. thanks candlelights
