Bug description: If you have multiple holy paladins in raid and they use beacon of virtue I noticed strange interaction.
The beacon can only be active 1 time on a target and therefore it gets overbuffed if the same target gets beacon from 2 or more paladins.
Bug only happens for this beacon and not for the other ones.

Short example to maybe understand bug better:
>Paladin A uses BoV on target x.
>Paladin B uses BoV on target x 1 sec later.
>BoV of Paladin A gets overbuffed by Paladin B.
>Conclusion: Only Paladin B can heal with his overbuffed BoV. Paladin A has no BoV active on target x.

I hope i could explain the bug well xD, basically it forces you to specc into another beacon if one holy paladin uses it in raid.

Proof: Have no proof yet, write me ingame if you need paladin to test it.
