Bug description: [LOW REPRO][WTB][ Breaking Out] After releasing Altruis it wont count for the quest completion and can not proceed with normal game-play as the character remains stuck in the room.
Repro rate: 1/10
Note that after accepting the quest from Maiev Shadowsong and releasing Kayn ( "Kayn freed") (1/1 for the quest completion) i was unable to continue after releasing Altruis ( "Altruis freed") as it was 0/1 for the quest completion
