[REJECTED] [Mage][Frost] Brain freeze is not always instant procing after an ebonbolt cast

Bug description: Brain freeze proc is not always instant after an ebonbolt cast. If I spam Flurry while ebonbolt is casting there are some cases when flurry starts casting instead of being instant. From my knowledge the proc from brain freeze should be instant after the ebonbolt is done casting.

cool trick:

1-get a brainfreeze proc and keep it,

2- cast ebonbolt and spam flurry while it's being cast and after the cast,

what happens?

1- ebonbolt gets thrown
2- an instant flurry gets thrown
3- another instant flurry gets thrown.

(Note: you need good latency... perhaps... use the spell que too... it's fixed)
