1- take [create crimson vial] talent,
2- make vials
3- change talent back to whatever it was,
4- now you have 2 type of healing vials. LOL

Similar Exploit For Death Knight possible also.

in arena/BG preparation or in World (basically everywhere):

1- get [sludge Belcher] talent,

2- summon abominatioon

3- change talent back to [Asphyxiate] or [Debilitating Infestation]

4- now you have abomination pet without the required talent.
