Bug description: Ok, so i cant learn any legion recipes (i know its work in progress, but like 2 months already), but people still legion jewelcrafting gems etc.. Just wanna ask, if there is any way possible to learn them, or if you can just.. do something with them i gues.. Sorry to bother you but yeah.. i spent 7 dollars for jewelcrafting and it isnt working, so iam kind of sad.. yes so.. please?

Edit: Ok, so i just dont see the NPC, which sells the recipes..

But there isnt the Jabrul who is supposed to give me "To Dalaran, With Love" - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40547&name=to-dalaran-with-love
So yeah.. please add the quest/NPC thanks
