[DUPLICATE] [Warlock][Affliction] Wrath of Consumption

Bug description: there are 2 problems:
First : As many other traits befor fixes this trait does not double when Reap Soul is active.
Secont : This trait is not even working on some bosses. For example at Odyn when mobs come and u kill them, u dont get any stack...even if u focus the mob until dies. another example is Il'Gynoth (Wrath of Consumption is not working)

For the second problem u can see here this warlock getting 5 stacks just by putting 1 dot on every mob.

The part where this trait does not double when Reap is easy to fix since u fixed allready most of the traits whit that problem. As for the part with the proc , plz look into it becouse is a very important mechanic for warlock which can offer up to 20% dmg increase buff for some seconds. And there are many bosses with adds.
