[DUPLICATE] Shaman Glyph BUG

Bug description: Doesn't change anything, even though it says its glyphed.

I know there is already a bug report about this, but its pretty old. and i was wondering when will this be fixed?
Is there any way i can get a refund? ive spend 20 vote points on the glyph.

1- you didnt need to spend 20 vote points on it. in fact, it's not hard to make and it's not anything elusive.

2- even old reports are on the queue... they aint ignored...

sometimes... it takes a long time for them to be fixed... like some reports stay here for more than 60 days...

but hab patience.
