Bug description: When you see first time him hes green indicated than when you approach him he becomes hostile and whatever you do quest doesnt complete, it doesnt what you have to do either.

Hey, this is not fixed for 81 days, I just encountered this while lvling a monk, i think the problem is his level is 82 or something instead of 50 and the quest is a lvl 50 requirement => you cannot beat him.
You can easily beat him at 80 and you can just simply avoid it but that 50% increased xp after the quest completion would be nice to have.
Also, easy fix.
